Short-term Collaborative Research Fellowships for IIT Indore PhD Students

Who Can Apply

  • Students registered in a PhD program at IIT Indore
  • Student should have completed their coursework
  • Student who have completed 3.5 years or more are not eligible

Duration

1 to 3 months

Financial Support

  • Living expenses of INR 35,000 per month (in addition to their regular fellowship)
  • Tuition Fee waiver at the host institute
  • Round trip economy class airfare, as per the actuals or to a maximum of INR 1,20,000 for US, Canada, Australia; INR 1,00,000 for Europe, UK, Africa and Japan and INR 80,000 for SAARC, Asian, ASEAN, and Middle East countries

  • UG Students (7th Semester)
  • PG Students (3rd Semester)
  • (UG students who are in the 7th semester can visit in their 8th semester and PG students who are in their 3rd semester can visit in their 4th semester)

Duration

Up to One Semester (Minimum 3 Months and Maximum 6 Months)

Financial Support

  • Tuition Fee waiver at the host institute
  • Round trip economy class airfare, as per the actuals or to a maximum of INR 1,20,000 for US, Canada, Australia; INR 1,00,000 for Europe, UK, Africa and Japan and INR 80,000 for SAARC, Asian, ASEAN, and Middle East countries
  • Basic Medical Facilities at health center as per institute norms
