Research and development activities at IIT Indore includes fundamental and applied research as well as cutting edge technologies including interdisciplinary research areas such as Space Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Renewable energy, Communications & Networking, Nanotechnology, Nanoelectronics, Bio-photonics, Bio-fluid mechanics, Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning, Advance Healthcare & Health-informatics etc. The IIT Indore has established state-of-the-art research laboratories, modern lecture halls, on campus accommodation, central dining facility, health center, library, Indoor and outdoor sports complex. IITI also have an Advanced Centre for Entrepreneurship (ACE) to foster innovation and entrepreneurship.
